I'm a 23-year-old IT professional based in Australia, currently working in the Enterprise Mobility & Cloud Management Space. My background spans service desk, system administration and retail sales & management.
What drives me is the puzzle-solving side of technology: understanding how systems work, diagnosing issues, and finding elegant solutions. I believe in not just fixing problems but also being able to communicate why something broke, not just how to fix it but why the fix works. I thrive on learning new technologies and applying that knowledge to solve real-world problems.
Outside of tech, I enjoy an open-world or strategy game, a strong cup of coffee, and the occasional walk by the beach.
